The Womens Community Recovery Center offers a unique blending of services aimed at strengthening recovery, including life-skills training, case management, tangible help with housing, career, and health management, peer to peer support, and mentoring. All this with an inclusive community-based setting.
The aim of the Womens Recovery Center is to help women achieve long-term sobriety. It is open to any woman who wishes to strengthen her recovery, at any point in her recovery.
The Womens Recovery Center is a program of The Bucks County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence Inc, in collaboration with PRO-ACT, a grassroots advocacy initiative (Pennsylvania Recovery Organization Achieving Community Together). Supporters include North Penn Community Health Foundation, Bucks County Department of Behavioral Health, Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission, Bucks County Foundation, and Private Contributors.
