The Council manages and operates the leading Driving
Under the Influence (D.U.I.) program in the region.
Under the guidance of trained professionals, The Council
processes criminal justice system referrals with a variety
of specialized courses and programs. The programs offer
state-certified evaluations of a DUI offenders alcohol-highway
history and a pre-screening evaluation to support clinical
decisions for the justice system.
A state-certified Alcohol Highway Safety School Program
designed for first offenders is another component along
with a 12-week DUI Intervention Program designed to
intervene at the earliest opportunity. The Flat 48/72
Hour Program is also for first offenders. Finally, A DUI Out-Patient Treatment Program is offered for those offenders deemed appropriate through assessments.
